Phases of task execution
- Phase 1: Customer Arrival: At the beginning of each round, customer cards are revealed, representing the customers who visit your burger joint. These cards indicate the type of burger they want and the specific ingredients they desire.
- Phase 2: Ingredient Acquisition: Players take turns acquiring ingredients to fulfill customer orders. The board game typically features different locations where players can gather ingredients such as buns, patties, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and other toppings. Players spend money tokens to acquire the ingredients they need.
- Phase 3: Burger Creation: Once players have acquired the necessary ingredients, they assemble their burgers according to the requirements specified by the customer cards. The ingredients are placed on top of each other to create a burger stack.
- Phase 4: Customer Satisfaction: After all players have created their burgers, the customer cards are resolved. Each customer has a satisfaction level, which is determined by how well their order was fulfilled. Players earn money based on the satisfaction levels of their customers.
- Phase 5: Resource Management: After the customer satisfaction phase, players can use any remaining money tokens to purchase additional ingredients or save them for future rounds. It's important to manage your resources wisely to ensure you can meet the demands of future customers.
